December 9, 2011: Composer in Residence of the Opera Company of Philadelphia, LEMBIT BEECHER, presents a program of music exploring storytelling and the immigrant experience, Jan. 20 and 21, 2012 at NYC’s DIMENNA CENTER.

October 1, 2011: The Polish Cultural Institute in New York and (le) Poisson Rouge present a free all-Górecki memorial concert on Nov. 8, 2011 at LPR, performed by the excellent Ensemble Signal and the JACK Quartet.
